Ingredients

cream cheese

cup
Greek yogurt
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract

tablespoons
confectioners sugar
divided

strawberries
Instructions
Using a mixer, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries and the remaining tablespoon of powdered sugar.
Mix half the strawberry glaze into the cheesecake dip and save the other half to drizzle on top.
Notes
You can blend the strawberries into a pureed consistency or pulse them to a diced consistency - depending on which you prefer.
