This Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is made with just 5 ingredients and with a healthy twist!
Looking for a healthy but delish dessert option? Look no further! This recipe is easy to throw together and perfect for any gathering.
Made with Greek yogurt for a healthy spin-off compared to other cheesecake dips. I love using Fage Greek yogurt - it's super thick and creamy.
5 Ingredient Greek Yogurt Dip
- Cream Cheese
- Greek Yogurt
- Strawberries
- Powdered Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
That's it! You'll start by mixing the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla extract together.
Strawberry Glaze
You'll blend the strawberries in a blender or food processor and you have a few options!
One, you can blend until the strawberries are a puree consistency or you can pulse the blender or food processor until you get diced strawberries.
Once the strawberries are the consistency you desire add the remaining powdered sugar and you'll get more of a syrup.
I love mixing half the strawberry glaze into the cheesecake dip to add more strawberry flavor to the mix and saving the other half to drizzle on top.
What to Serve with Cheesecake Dip
- Wafer cookies are perfect! They add a nice crunchy texture. I added lemon cookies in these pictures and found the lemon complimented the strawberry well.
- Fruit! Add strawberries or bananas on the side to dip.
- You can't go wrong with the classic graham crackers.
Storage
This dip is best enjoyed within 2 days. It will dry out quickly if not stored in an air-tight container.
Plus, the color and texture are best in those first two days!
Recipe FAQs and Tips
Wafers, mini cookies, graham crackers, strawberries and bananas.
I wouldn't recommend prepping it way ahead of time. I would prep the day of and about an hour before serving.
I wouldn't recommend it as the texture won't be ideal after thawing.
I would only use fresh strawberries. If you use frozen strawberries there will be more liquid from thawing than needed and the consistency of the glaze will be off.
