Super Easy Hummus
This easy and simple hummus recipe takes little time to make and creates a smooth and delicious appetizer or dip.

Ingredients

ounce
chickpeas

tablespoons
tahini
3
tablespoons
lemon juice
juice of 1 lemon
1
clove
garlic minced
½
teasoon
salt
3
ice cubes
or ¼ cup crushed ice
olive oil
for topping
za'atar
for topping
Instructions
In a food processor, blend garlic with lemon juice to mince the garlic even further.
Add chickpeas, tahini and salt and blend for a few minutes.
Lastly, add the ice and blend until smooth.
Scoop into a serving bowl or plate and top with olive oil and za'atar.
Notes
Other topping variations include fresh herbs like parsley and basil or herb infused olive oils such as rosemary or thyme infused.
